What we collect

When you send an inquiry. The inquiry form on this site is provided by HoneyBook, our client management system. When you complete it, what you enter goes directly to HoneyBook and to us: your name, your partner’s name, your email address, your phone number, and your answers to the questions we ask.

Text messages. The inquiry form asks for a phone number, and submitting it means you agree to receive text messages from Before & Beyond LLC. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop texting you at any time and we will.

Spam protection. The inquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps tell real people from automated abuse. Google receives some information about your device and how you interact with the page in order to do this, and uses it under its own privacy policy and terms of service. We do not receive that information.

When you use the contact form. Our own contact form is different. It sends your message to us by email and stores nothing on this website. No tracking and no automated screening is applied to it.

When you visit the site. We use privacy-first analytics that count visits without building a profile of you. We do not know who you are, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not use advertising cookies or retargeting. Nothing about visiting this site will cause our services to follow you around the internet.

HoneyBook also places a small tracking image on the inquiry page, which they use to record where an inquiry came from. It is theirs, not an advertising network’s.

Who can see it

Inquiry information is seen by Kathy Camara, and by HoneyBook and Google in the roles described above. It is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else. There is no assistant, no support staff, and nobody else reading your inquiry.

Our website developer has technical access to the site in order to maintain it, under a confidentiality obligation.

HoneyBook and Google each process information under their own privacy policies, available on their websites.

How long we keep it

Inquiry information from people who do not go on to become clients is deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept as long as the working relationship continues, and for a reasonable period afterward.

What this site is not

Before & Beyond provides non-clinical consulting. This site is not a medical or clinical service, we do not create or hold medical records, and nothing you send through this site is a protected health record.

Please do not send clinical information, diagnoses, or medical history through either form. Neither is the right channel for it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we will.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection. Inquiry information is not stored in the website itself; it goes to HoneyBook, which maintains its own security measures.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
